It is incredibly disheartening, isn’t it? It feels like every year we mark these awareness days, post the tributes, and have the same conversations—but somehow the problem just persists, and even worsens. :(
The solutions often feel like putting a band-aid on a wound that needs surgery.
Disheartening is the word. Squeezing more work out of people to pad the bottom line has been the way of business for all time. I don't see any solution except strong labor unions and collective bargaining.
