Timothy Gallwey’s The Inner Game of Tennis really did shake things up when it hit the scene 50 years ago, didn’t it?

It took the idea of mindfulness—something that used to be reserved for quiet, meditative spaces—and brought it right into action (in our everyday life).

Practice, practice, practice—that’s how you get to the sweet spot of peak performance and a little extra happiness along the way!

These days, we can use a bit more happiness.
